Pricing for each service is based on the scope of your project.

“Make it Happen” Event Planning: 

  • Identify client requirements for event, i.e., purpose, date, locations, time frames, # of guests, budget, food allergies, food preferences, décor, activities, atmosphere, colors, etc.
  • Once venue secured, complete a site survey
  • Provide floor plans and timeline for event
  • Collect any required vendor insurance documentation
  • Direct and manage event timeline
  • Direct set-up, and break down to assure compliance with venue requirements

“Bring My Vision to Life” Decor and Design only: 

  • Identify your color scheme, theme, and style requirements
  • Prepare a design plan for ceremony and reception linen and props, including altar, aisles, guest tables, sweetheart/head table, gift table, guest book/card table, and cake/dessert table;
  • Once design approved, secure all items to complete desired design 
  • Delivery, setup and breakdown of all items
  • Note: Save time and money when you book both Event Management and Event Design.  Just pick your outfit and show up!

“Helping Hands” Guest Services: (Our most popular Wedding add-on service) 

  • Assist you in finalizing your guest list
  • Assist with selection, purchase and mailing of Save-the-Date announcements
  • Assistance with the selection, purchase and mailing of invitations
  • Load all guests into dB for RSVP tracking and addressing
  • Track all RSVP responses and provide weekly updates to you
  • Follow-up on “no response” guests, where contact information is provided
  • Create seating chart or Escort cards for display, based on client input
  • Provide two Hostesses with a back-up chart of all guests seating plans
  • Assist couple in identifying gifts options for Guest favors
  • Prepare guest favors for presentation
  • Package all Welcome Bags and deliver to designated hotels
  • Prepare selected wedding party and/or Parents gifts for presentation and deliver to rehearsal

“Have It My Way” Customized Day-Of Stationery Suites: 

  • Based on color scheme, theme, and style, custom options created for review and selection of ceremony programs dinner menus, escort cards and/or seating chart, table numbers, and all signage
  • Once selections are finalized, entire suite is designed and prepared for your event
  • Note: Premium options available starting at $10.00 per guest.
  • Note: Items may also be priced, separately

“Welcoming Committee” Wedding/Event Day Hostesses: 

  • Arrive at least one hour prior to event to great guests as they arrive
  • Direct guests to Guestbook and Card Box
  • Offer any seating assistance, or necessary guidance to assure guest comfort
  • Provide guidance to guest when transitioning between locations for the event
  • Direct guests to seating per provided seating instructions
  • Stay until all guests are seated for Reception
  • Where issues arise that do not cause neglect of primary duties, assist with a resolution to assure a seamless event experience
