Wedding Management - Our Basic Package

The basic package is designed with the DIY Bride in mind.

You have found and booked your venue, finished your guest list, selected your wedding party and most of your vendors, but now you realize that someone has to make sure that all of this falls into place on your wedding day. You don’t want your family members or friends to miss any part of your big day, so you need a pro to step in and polish up the details, fill in the gaps and execute your plan.

This package is for you!

We will provide unlimited consultations via phone, email, or text to answer questions

Guidance through all tasks needed in preparation for the wedding.
Includes Monthly update calls, Floor Plan, and day-of timeline
We will Identify marriage licenses requirements for the jurisdiction where the ceremony will be performed and provide this information to you at least six months prior to the wedding or within 10 days of contract signing.

Facilitate one-Hour Rehearsal
Two on-site Wedding Managers; one to assure that vendors are set up on time, and the second to assure that the bridal party is ready on time.

Provide an emergency kit for both the bridal party and the groom’s party,

cue the wedding party for entrance to the ceremony,

direct all announcements and events during the reception

pack up all cards and gifts to give to designee.

Guidance with the selection of all stationery; Save-the-Date Announcements, Invitations, Programs, Menus, guest favors, welcome bags, and Place Cards/Seating Chart
