We will provide unlimited consultations via phone, email, or text to answer questions
Guidance through all tasks needed in preparation for the wedding.
Includes Monthly update calls, Floor Plan, and day-of timeline
We will Identify marriage licenses requirements for the jurisdiction where the ceremony will be performed and provide this information to you at least six months prior to the wedding or within 10 days of contract signing.
Facilitate one-Hour Rehearsal Two on-site Wedding Managers; one to assure that vendors are set up on time, and the second to assure that the bridal party is ready on time.
Provide an emergency kit for both the bridal party and the groom’s party
Two on-site hostesses to greet guests, direct to guest book and card box, distribute provided programs, and at the reception, assist with guests Seating
cue the wedding party for entrance to the ceremony
direct all announcements and events during the reception
pack up all cards and gifts to give to designee.
