When working with your Florist..

For the ceremony florals, bring photos of your venue ceremony site,

and your color palette, including your invitations,

bouquets, bridesmaids dresses, and grooms’ attire.

Use a Pinterest Board that shows your entire color palette.

Then for the reception, show the proposed tablescapes.

Be sure to include ALL tables; head table or sweetheart table, cake table, gift table, etc.

This will help your florist to understand your style

and to “balance” your chosen colors in both the ceremony

and reception areas to assure a cohesive design.

Tip: Take this same information to your cake designer

so that all designing vendors are on the same page.
