You have invited 150 people people to your wedding.
You can expect that approx. 20-30% will not make it for one reason or another.
That means that approx. 105-120 people will probably RSVP “yes”. HOWEVER, don’t guarantee 120.
You can always increase your guest count, but in most cases, you cannot decrease. Whatever you guarantee, you pay for.
Don’t pay for empty chairs. Guarantee about 100 – 105, but be prepared to pay for the extra guests.
This way if your “YES” responses come in less than 120, you don’t have to pay for 120.
NEVER guarantee at 100%.
